FLEXIBILITY & STRENGTH

Following the world-famous Alixa Flexibility programme, this class focuses on increasing flexibility and the strength needed to safely support your stretching. Important technique is essential if we are going to help prevent injury whilst dancing and in later life. Students who take these classes AND maintain a regular training programme at home see incredible changes to their flexibility.
