A little about us..
Located in Fraserburgh, KDance is a well-established dance school with over two decades of history. Founded in the year 2000, we initially focused on teaching commercial dance, and since then, we've grown continually.
We operate six days a week, providing classes for various age groups, including babies, toddlers, children, teens, and adults. With an extensive array of over 10 distinct dance styles, KDance offers something for everyone.
Meet the founder...
Kim's dance journey began in her youth, leading to her teaching at age 13. She holds a HNC in dance and a bachelor's degree in creative arts from Newcastle College and the University of Sunderland. As a certified Acro dance teacher and with qualifications in flexibility and contemporary and street dance, Kim ensures her students receive top-notch training at KDance. She offers various opportunities for students to excel and takes pride in providing a nurturing environment. Join the KDance family with Kim at the helm.
At KDance, we're passionate about nurturing young talent, and our classes for 2-5-year-olds are the perfect place to begin their dance journey.
Age 2-5
Age 5-10
For our 5-9 age group, KDance offers a fantastic opportunity for children to further explore their love for dance.
Age 11+
For our 11+ age group, KDance provides a dynamic platform for young dancers to refine their skills and take their passion for dance to the next level.
My daughter loves all her dancing and acro classes. She attended KDance since preschool nearly 7 years ago and always has great fun. Her confidence has grown so much. The studio is fab too!
Exams
At the studio, we hold regular exams for Acro, Ballet and Contemporary dance. These are always a great experience for our students, giving them something to work towards and helping them progress into the next grade up. The examiners are always wonderful and make everyone feel at ease and the students absolutely love the experience.
